With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated my life to building a stronger self—physically and mentally. My journey began in 2009, driven by a deep passion for bodybuilding that has not only shaped my career but also helped me overcome some of life’s toughest challenges. As a Crohn’s warrior who has endured 15 surgeries and several close calls, I refuse to let adversity define me. Instead, it fuels my determination to grow, inspire, and help others become the best versions of themselves. I truly believe that health is wealth, and I’m committed to guiding others in achieving lasting strength and well-being whilst staying hungry in my pursuit of personal growth and ticking off ACHIEVEMENTSHighlights:• Sports Therapist to professional bodybuilders and elite athletes• Owner & Promoter of the Battle of Midlands bodybuilding show• Bodybuilding event judge• Competitive athlete in Over-35’s categories, nationally and internationally

Because sometimes you’ve just got to climb a rope… and remind yourself you still can 😏🧗‍♀️🔥

Training isn’t always about sets, reps, or symmetry.
Sometimes it’s about testing your body in ways that surprise you — and having a bit of fun while you’re at it.

Strength doesn’t always look serious. But it’s always earned 💪💫

Leg extensions — they’re not just about lifting the stack 🦵🔥

This movement is all about intention. Done right, it’s one of the best tools for carving out detail and building real quad density.

Here’s what I’m focused on in this set:
✅ Locking the hips down
✅ Controlling both the lift and the return
✅ Squeezing hard at the top — not just kicking through momentum

You don’t need to chase numbers here. You need to chase connection.

After years of training, this is what makes the difference — knowing how to make a simple movement hit like a full compound set when executed with precision.

This is where the detail is built. Rep by rep.

Lateral raises might look simple — but when you’ve been training for over 15 years, you know they’re anything but 🧠💪

In this session, I start with both arms to really load the delts under control. Once fatigue starts setting in, I move into single-arm raises — not as a drop-off, but as a way to keep intensity high without losing form 🔁🔥

Why switch?
👉 Better posture
👉 More focus on the working side
👉 Controlled tension when both arms can’t give 100%

It’s these small coaching decisions, made mid-set, that separate good training from great results.

Experience teaches you when to push, when to adapt, and how to get more from every movement — even the ones that seem basic on the surface.

It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing it better. 🎯
