Terms and conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elite Muscle Management platform (“Platform”) as a registered content creator/model (“Model”). By registering and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following:

Introduction

• These Terms & Conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of models (referred to as “you” or “the model”) who participate in the Elite Muscle platform (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “Elite Muscle Management”).
• By joining the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.

Platform Overview

• Elite Muscle is a subscription-based platform that empowers athletes to monetise their content ethically, showcasing strength, elegance, fitness, and personality.
• This is a no x-rated content platform. Content must remain within the bounds of tasteful, implied, and empowering fitness-focused themes.

Content Standards

• No explicit adult content is allowed. Implied sensuality with professionalism is welcomed but must align with the brand’s ethos of empowerment and class.
• You must own the rights to all content you upload. Elite Muscle reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards.
• Models are expected to regularly update their profiles and post consistently.

Earnings & Platform Commission

• Models retain 85% of their revenue from subscriptions, tips, and video sales.
• Elite Muscle takes a 15% commission to cover platform costs, marketing, admin, and ongoing tech support.
• Payouts are issued on the 1st of each month (unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon). You are solely responsible for handling your own personal tax declarations.

Intellectual Property

• All video/photo content created on Elite Muscle shoot days may be used for marketing and promotional use by the platform.
• Models will receive 3 promotional clips after each content day for their own social media use and agree to tag and collaborate with @EliteMuscleM.
• All models retain full rights to personal content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Professional Conduct

• All models must maintain a high standard of professionalism in communication, conduct, and representation of the brand both on and off the platform.
• Misconduct or behavior that damages the brand may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

Global Use & Compliance

• The platform is accessible worldwide; models are responsible for complying with local laws, tax regulations, and digital content guidelines in their country or region.
• Content that is legal in one region may be restricted in another. You agree not to upload or promote any material that violates international content standards or digital laws.

Currency & Payments

• Earnings may be paid in GBP or equivalent in your local currency, depending on payment processor capabilities.
• Any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the model.

Tax Responsibility

• As an independent contractor, you are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable income tax, VAT, or other taxes in your region.
• Elite Muscle does not issue international tax forms but can provide detailed earnings reports upon request.

Data & Privacy

• Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable international data protection laws, including GDPR.
• We never sell your data. Data is stored securely and may be shared with trusted third parties only to support platform functionality (e.g., payment processors).

Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed under the laws of England and Wales. Where local law applies, that jurisdiction takes precedence.
• Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve informally. If unresolved, they may be brought in the appropriate legal venue.

Termination

• You may request to leave the platform at any time with 14 days’ notice.
• Any outstanding earnings will be settled upon exit.
• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate removal.

Customers

Introduction

• These Terms & Conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of models (referred to as “you” or “the customer”) who participate in the Elite Muscle platform (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “Elite Muscle Management”).
• By joining the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.

Messaging

• When messaging an athlete, please be respectful and mindful of what you are sending
• We do not tolerate abusive, rude, explicit messages.  If you are found to send any type of message that falls into these categories your subscription will be suspended and you will not receive a refund
