Excited to be on this new venture with an incredible team around me.

I am a gym & activewear brand owner, a personal trainer and online coach for over 12 years and qualified sports nutritionist. My love for fitness has taken me to all sorts. But I have finally found my space and now I am enjoying helping others find theirs. I love my job of helping people find their confidence.

This is a space to see more behind the scenes and to get a no filter honest and true account for it all.
