Truthfully, I’m not comfortable in my body right now.
I still pick myself apart — especially my legs — and I don’t always recognise the person in the mirror.

But I’m learning to sit with that discomfort, because something’s changing.
I can see a bit of separation coming through.
The shape is starting to show.
And somehow, the plates are still holding on — even while I’m in a cut.

I’m not “there” yet. But I’m closer than I’ve ever been.
And that’s something.
