First leg day after the competition.
It felt great to hit a leg session with no plan, no pressure, just going with the flow and enjoying a completely random workout.

I know following a structured program is the best way to track progress, and I've been doing that consistently for the past four years. It’s absolutely necessary if you want to see real results.

But sometimes, your mind just needs a break. No expectations, no numbers, just moving, feeling, and reconnecting with the reason you started in the first place.✌🏼

Wrapped up my final leg day before competition, time to let the wheels rest! I always give my legs a full week to recover before stepping on stage. It’s all about letting the muscle inflammation settle and giving those lines and separation time to really show.

Pushing hard, but last week was about recovery, posing, and dialing everything in to bring the best package to the stage 💪

Do you rest before a big event or keep training until the last minute?
Any tips you swear by during peak week?

Dipping into Competition Prep
Today’s shoulder session was brutal, low energy, sore body, and everything in me wanted to slow down. But I showed up.
Even with the tank running near empty, I managed to increase the set with 1 more rep, small win, but in prep, those are the moments that matter most.

It wasn’t pretty, but I survived and that’s a win in itself. One rep stronger, one step closer.
