Just played around with some posing today because sometimes the hardest part of training is deciding what to do with your hands.

Trying to find that perfect angle where the lighting hits, the flex is tight, and you don’t look like you're solving a math problem mid bicep curl.
It’s all part of the process, pose, tweak, repeat and get better!

Going to the gym is great for your physical and mental health, but it’s not a cure.
