Plank push-up challenge!!!

I Did the plank push-up challenge with one of our elite Muscle Team members, and it was an awesome experience. It was a fun way to push my upper body strength and test my limits. Definitely felt the burn, but the energy and motivation made it all worth it.

Shoulder day!
My favorite upper body session.
Even though the workouts are on repeat, I have to admit I felt a bit weaker this time around - ended up one rep short compared to last week. But as we all know, every training day feels different, and this just wasn’t my best.

That said, don’t get me wrong, I still pushed as hard as I could.
