With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated my life to building a stronger self—physically and mentally. My journey began in 2009, driven by a deep passion for bodybuilding that has not only shaped my career but also helped me overcome some of life’s toughest challenges. As a Crohn’s warrior who has endured 15 surgeries and several close calls, I refuse to let adversity define me. Instead, it fuels my determination to grow, inspire, and help others become the best versions of themselves. I truly believe that health is wealth, and I’m committed to guiding others in achieving lasting strength and well-being whilst staying hungry in my pursuit of personal growth and ticking off ACHIEVEMENTSHighlights:• Sports Therapist to professional bodybuilders and elite athletes• Owner & Promoter of the Battle of Midlands bodybuilding show• Bodybuilding event judge• Competitive athlete in Over-35’s categories, nationally and internationally

Romanian deadlifts — my favourite for legs and glutes! It's a staple compound movement with zero shortcuts so in effect everything gets a workout 💥

This isn’t about chasing numbers. It’s about control, stretch, and smart tension through the hamstrings and glutes 🍑

The key?
🧠 Slow eccentric
🦵 Soft knees, tight lats
🔥 Full range without snapping back up

I’ve done these for over a decade — and they still work. Because good form never goes out of style.

Back day. No angles, no filters — just muscle and focus 💥

You don’t build this by guessing. You build it with time, tension, and turning up on the days when no one’s watching 🧠🔥

I train for a strong mindset and a body I can be proud of. The strength is just a byproduct but who's complaining 🙌🏼. My daily work as a therapist means back days are not as necessary as some other body parts as it gets a workout daily lol

Train With Me Tuesday 💥

This week: shoulder press machine — one of my favourites for isolating the delts without compromising stability 🦾

Here’s what I focus on in this session:
✅ Staying controlled at the bottom — no bouncing
✅ Driving with the elbows, not the wrists
✅ Keeping tension through the full range

Machines let you lock in and really focus on the muscle — when you use them right, they’re powerful tools for long-term growth.
