With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated my life to building a stronger self—physically and mentally. My journey began in 2009, driven by a deep passion for bodybuilding that has not only shaped my career but also helped me overcome some of life’s toughest challenges. As a Crohn’s warrior who has endured 15 surgeries and several close calls, I refuse to let adversity define me. Instead, it fuels my determination to grow, inspire, and help others become the best versions of themselves. I truly believe that health is wealth, and I’m committed to guiding others in achieving lasting strength and well-being whilst staying hungry in my pursuit of personal growth and ticking off ACHIEVEMENTSHighlights:• Sports Therapist to professional bodybuilders and elite athletes• Owner & Promoter of the Battle of Midlands bodybuilding show• Bodybuilding event judge• Competitive athlete in Over-35’s categories, nationally and internationally

There’s something about a Smith machine press that lets you really lock in 🎯

One of my favourite exercises for shoulders is 'Dead Stops'. Controlled reps. Minimal sway. Full focus on the activation of delts only. Placing the bar back onto the rack each rep and focusing on control, activation and movement in that order. This exercise builds explosive power and strength faster than any other delt exercise I know 🔥

And just when you think the set’s done… we go again.

Drop sets aren’t for show — they’re for lifters who know what it takes to grow.

Train With Me Tuesday 💪

Today’s focus: the pec fly machine — a staple for chest development, especially when you want to isolate without stressing the joints 🫱🫲

Here’s what I walk you through:
✅ Arm path for maximum stretch
✅ Controlling the movement (no slamming plates)
✅ Why full range beats heavy weight every time
✅ Getting a proper squeeze through the centre line of the chest

Perfect for sculpting the chest and adding balance to upper body training — not just for the guys.

Small refinements, big results.

Monday Mood: Set.
The mission? Simple 👉 Die first. Then quit. 💥

I’ve trained through injuries, surgeries, setbacks and self-doubt — and I’m still showing up. Not because it’s easy, but because I refuse to settle.

Whatever your goal is this week… don’t tap out early. You’re capable of more than you think. Let’s go 🔥🧠💪
